– A vaccination card, showing fully vaccinated status
– A photo of your vaccination card, showing fully vaccinated status
-A digital vaccine record, which you can easily access at myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov
– Proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of the show
And you will also need:
– A government-issued photo ID that matches the name on your vaccine or test

Additional Comments: Starting August 20, 2021, the city of San Francisco will require proof of full vaccination at indoor restaurants, bars, gyms and entertainment venues to help keep businesses open. City of San Francisco Mask Policy: You need to bring your mask. Until further notice, a San Francisco health mandate says that people need to wear a mask at all indoor events, unless they are actively eating or drinking. This includes the audience, the staff, and the performers.
