KC Turner Presents: From the idyllic peaks of Cobb Mountain to the far reaches of these United States, brothers Connor and Jacob Gill have carried the craft of the guitar and song together for over a decade. Formed in 2008, the band initially dedicated itself to covering artists like Albert King, ZZ Top, and AC/DC. After a hiatus during which both brothers engaged in a variety of musical projects, Gill Brothers Band reformed in the early months of 2020. Since the release of their debut album, in March 2022, Gill Brothers Band have toured the west coast extensively, bringing their brand of rural California rock into the city centers. The ultimate goal of the band is to add to a great wealth of scholarship on the electric guitar and folk-country-blues-rock songwriting.
