BISS List 7.13.22: Bluegrass and Beyond Fest + Humane Planet Speaker Series + Best of BISS this Week

Dear High Sierra,

Thank you to every single person who made this 30th year happen and oh so well! High Sierra has a special magic that we all know is undeniable. The music, the people, the vibe. All of it! I worked pretty hard but I found time to dance and play. It is always so much fun to run around from camp to camp seeing all my friends new and old. In all my years of attending High Sierra, I have never just been a patron. (I have never done and even seen the land grab!) Many years ago, I attended as band manager with Monophonics, then with Eric McFadden, and then with Audio Angel. And then I was a volunteer for many years in FestivAll. But this year, I felt extremely honored and special to be part of the hired crew! Thank you Rebecca, Roy, and Dave for creating this magical home away from home. Thank you to my boss and mentor, Miss T. Thank you to my co-managers, Corinne and Henya. Thank you to our wonderful VIP FestivAll crew: Vanessa, Dave, Sandy, Joanne, Court, Mollie, Joleen, Lauren, Doug, Love, Nicole, Caleb, Julie, & Danny plus the Bar Crew headed up by Josh and including Alicia, Nick & Marshall. And I can not leave out the massage crew. George, Jennice, Jenni, Sarah & Brandi. It was a pleasure to work and camp with you all! Also a pleasure to camp with you Brian, Beth, & Sue. PLUS a HUGE congrats to the newlyweds, Silas & Esther!!
